Pu Luong is located in Thanh Hoa province in the North of Vietnam, where Thai ethnic indigenous people live.\u00a0<\/p><p>The slow pace in Pu Luong is a striking contrast to hustle life in the Hanoi capital city 195km (about 121 miles) away.
