From flights and transportation to train tickets, everything was seamlessly arranged and ready for us upon arrival at each hotel. We enjoyed incredible experiences throughout the journey, especially an overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay and relaxing on Sao Beach in Phu Quoc.

I used the services of Eviva Tour Vietnam for a 10-day Vietnam family tour program, consisting of 5 members including a baby, from 17 December 2025. It was organized through the Tour Manager Ms Katie Ngo. The program included three days stay each in Hanoi and Da Nang including one overnight stay in a cruise in Ha Long bay and two days in Ho Chi Minh City. The entire program including arranging our evisas, hotel accommodation, transportation and air tickets within Vietnam were organized by Katie. She communicate in a clear and concise manner and she anticipated every likely questions a first time tourist to Vietnam may ask and she addressed those questions without even being asked for. She ensured that all our needs, given that we have a small baby accompanying us, are taken care. She, I understand, is one of the busiest executives in Eviva and has a responsibility of working a number of team members located in different places, in addition to coordinating with various agencies to ensure that the tourists enjoy their trip. I was deeply impressed by her efficiency and at no time in time had I required to follow up with her for anything. Although I travel quite a lot and use tour organizers for our trip, this is the first time I had experienced such an efficient organization and an extremely efficient and knowledge team like Eviva and Ms Katie.

Our experience with Phuong as our tour guide was exceptional from start to finish. Phuong is incredibly smart, quick-thinking, and skillful in handling every situation with grace.
