From 15–18 November 2024, Eviva Tour Vietnam organized the 2024 Asia Alumni Reunion in Vietnam for a U.S.-based company, hosting a group of 20 alumni participants from across Asia. Event Context
Alumni reunions within the MICE framework have evolved far beyond formal meetings or gala dinners. Today, they are about revisiting shared memories, creating meaningful moments, and choosing destinations that naturally encourage reconnection. With its layered heritage, lively street culture, and diverse landscapes, Vietnam offered a setting that felt both inspiring and deeply engaging for this regional alumni reunion.

Program Highlights
Day 1: Arrival & First Impressions
Upon arrival in Hanoi, guests were welcomed into the rhythm of the city with an afternoon street food experience aboard vintage Jeeps. Traveling through the Old Quarter, the group discovered Hanoi’s culinary traditions in a lively, immersive way that encouraged conversation and connection from the very beginning.
The day concluded with an elegant dinner at the Vietnam National Museum of History, where refined cuisine was complemented by an atmosphere shaped by centuries of Vietnamese heritage.
Day 2: Craft, Culture & City Life
The second day led participants beyond the city center to Bat Trang Ceramic Village, a place where traditional craftsmanship has been preserved for more than seven centuries. Engaging directly with local artisans, alumni gained a deeper appreciation of Vietnam’s enduring cultural identity.
The afternoon city tour offered a balanced view of Hanoi, weaving together iconic landmarks and everyday scenes, and revealing the city through both its historical roots and contemporary life.
Day 3: Natural Heritage Experience
A full-day journey to Ha Long Bay introduced a striking contrast to Hanoi’s urban energy. Cruising through emerald waters and towering limestone formations, participants enjoyed moments of quiet reflection, informal networking, and shared wonder amid one of Southeast Asia’s most celebrated natural landscapes. The group returned to Hanoi in the evening, carrying with them a renewed sense of connection shaped by the day’s experience.
Day 4: Departure
The program concluded with departures from Hanoi, bringing to a close a thoughtfully designed journey defined by reconnection, discovery, and shared memories.
