Ramadan, the ninth month in the Islamic lunar year, is a sacred time for millions of Muslims around the world. It is a time of fasting, reflection, and spiritual growth. From sunrise to sunset, Muslims refrain from eating and drinking, not only as an act of devotion but also to develop empathy for the less fortunate and to practice self-restraint from material temptations.
The event brought together ambassadors and representatives from various countries, including the Ambassador of South Africa and the Ambassador of Azerbaijan, in a spirit of cultural exchange and friendship.
Guests were invited to experience the traditional flavours of Pakistani cuisine, including samosas – a beloved dish made of spiced minced chicken and potato wrapped in a crispy, golden shell, either baked or fried. The gathering also featured “chai”, the iconic milk tea of South Asia, served hot and aromatic – a small but delightful glimpse into the hospitality of Pakistani culture.
As a company that values respect for cultural diversity and meaningful connections, Eviva Tour Vietnam was honoured to take part in this beautiful celebration. We believe that travel is not just about places – it’s about people, stories, and understanding. Events like these remind us of the importance of mutual respect, cultural appreciation, and the shared values that connect us all.
We extend our sincere thanks to the Embassy of Pakistan for their kind invitation and warm welcome. It was a heartwarming moment of togetherness, one that reaffirms our commitment to supporting intercultural dialogue and friendship through travel and tourism.
