Internship Day 2019 – Tourism and Hospitality were organized successfully on 4th December at National Economics University with the joining of teachers, students, and leading travel and hospitality companies in Vietnam. This event was an excellent opportunity for all of the students from the Faculty of Tourism to approach and get insights about the human resources market and valuable experiences by impressive speeches from the representatives of EVIVA TOUR and HILTON Hanoi Opera. Internship day also gave senior students – K58 the golden chances to an internship in leading companies in Vietnam.

On behalf of EVIVA, Ms. Nguyen Thuy Duong had a devoted speech to all of the students in this forum. She focused on four main parts: ASK (A – Attitudes, S – Skills, K – Knowledge): AP – an Action plan, OKRs (O – Objective & KRs – Key results), and Responsible in each action. In her speech, the essential thing is ATTITUDE FOR CAREER now and in the future to create a sustainable business with responsible staff.

After the speeches, Eviva and other businesses spend more time talking and interviewing student candidates who desire to do internships and work at travel and hospitality companies. Together with Ms. Thuy Duong, two other representatives Ms. Ha Thu (Tour Operator) and Ms. Hang (Marketing executive), also participated in Internship Day to share an oriented career path and interview student candidates. Over two working hours, we were so glad and happy to meet active and potential students who might be suitable for Eviva. We were much happier when sharing and talking to each other to orient other students who face difficulties in a career path in the future.

Once again, we would like to express our appreciation to a professional organization of NEU Tourism & Hospitality Club so that Eviva and other businesses take a chance to meet, share and recruit potential candidates for sustainable development right now and in the future.
