The Royal Palace: Looking at Phnompenh map, you can see a lot of attractions, one of those is the Royal Palace which is located in Phnom Penh was constructed by King Norodom Sihamoni in 1866 to serve as a home plate of the King, his family and foreign luminaries. And now, for over a century, the Royal Palace is also home of the King and Queen of Cambodia and its ground is opened to public except when the King is in his residence. With the huge area of 183.135 meter square attached “Silver Pagoda” and included numerous buildings, gardens and structures all in 500×800 meter walled grounds overlooking a riverfront park.

The Royal Palace is always the beautiful and suitable place to celebrate national ceremonies, performances and rituals. Denoting the methodology to the Palace, the high etched divider and brilliant spired Chanchhaya Pavilion stand particularly against the riverfront horizon. Inside the Palace grounds, road sounds are hushed by the high dividers and the different Royal structures sit like fancy islands climbing from the peaceful, manicured tropical enclosures.
